At Garmentory, we want you to love your unique finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or boutique credit. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original designer tags to be accepted.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Garmentory account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Wait for Approval

The independent boutique that fulfilled your order will review your request and provide a prepaid shipping label or specific return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once the boutique receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
